OverKnight Customization

Last updated 7 months ago

OverKnights are built from a modular system where players can swap out different parts of their robots, each affecting both their appearance and combat abilities.

Part Abilities

  • Active Abilities: Certain parts grant special Active Abilities that can be used in battle, such as powerful attacks, defensive shields, or healing moves. Players must decide when to active these abilities pro-actively and be prepared to pay any costs associated with their activation, such as Energy Points.

  • Passive Abilities: Some parts come with Passive Abilities that trigger automatically under specific conditions, such as “ON DAMAGE” or “ON ATTACK.” These abilities do not require Energy, making them strategic assets that add depth to your OverKnight’s playstyle.

  • OverDrive Abilities: Pilots can equip their OverKnight with one special OverDrive ability, which are powerful moves that can turn the tide of battle when used strategically. OverDrive abilities usually have specific costs and conditions which have to be met before being activated to offset their powerful effects.

Part Cosmetics

Pilots can also use parts to reflect their style, and Parts have an associated Rank which determines the Cosmetic Level of the part. Part cosmetic Ranks require for the pilot to merge several parts of the same Rank to Rank Up their part and achieve the maximum level of style!
